Job Summary

We are looking for a highly skilled Automation Testing Lead with 5 - 10 years of experience in test automation frameworks, scripting, and test case development. The ideal candidate should have expertise in Selenium, UiPath, TOSCA, etc., along with proficiency in scripting languages like Python, Java, or JavaScript. A certification in automation testing is a plus.

Key Responsibilities

• Good experience with SDLC and STLC (Software Testing Life Cycle) and Defect Life Cycle processes.
• Good experience in Agile Methodology under Scrum framework.
• Develop and maintain test automation frameworks using Selenium, UiPath, or other relevant tools.
• Write, execute, and maintain automated test scripts using Python, Java, JavaScript, or other scripting languages.
• Implement BDD (Behavior-Driven Development) practices using tools like Cucumber, etc.
• Design and develop automated test cases to ensure software functionality and quality.
• Integrate automation tests into CI/CD pipelines.
• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of automation testers and QA engineers.
• Assign tasks, monitor progress, and provide technical guidance as needed.

Tools And Technology Management

• Evaluate, select, and implement testing tools and frameworks suitable for the organization’s needs (e.g. Maven, TestNG, Selenium, Appium, Cypress, etc.).
• Work closely with developers, product managers, and DevOps teams to ensure smooth test automation workflows.
• Participate in design and code reviews to enhance testability and performance.
• Utilize test management tools such as JIRA, TestRail, Bugzilla, or HP ALM for defect tracking and reporting.
• Identify and resolve issues in automation scripts to improve test efficiency.
• Collaborate with development and QA teams to improve test automation coverage and performance.
• Apply analytical and problem-solving skills to debug and optimize test scripts.

Qualifications And Skills

• 5 - 10 years of experience in automation testing and framework development.
• Strong knowledge of test automation frameworks like Selenium, UiPath, or similar.
• Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Java, or JavaScript.
• Hands-on experience in BDD methodologies (e.g., Cucumber, SpecFlow).
• Experience in test case development and execution.
• Knowledge of test management tools (JIRA, TestRail, Bugzilla, HP ALM).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Nice To Have

• Automation testing certification (e.g., ISTQB Automation, UiPath Certification, Selenium Certification).
