Job summary

Scicore Nutra Private Limited, located in Sanand, Gujarat, seeks a QC Trainee/Officer to support sampling, testing and material release activities in a state-of-the-art nutraceutical facility.

You will conduct physical, chemical, and microbiological analyses, maintain lab equipment, and ensure compliance with SOPs and GLP. This role offers training and growth in a quality-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Education: UG: B.SC in Any Specialization
• PG: M.SC in Any Specialization
• 0 to 2yrs experience in QC/QA lab roles
• Role focuses on sampling, testing, calibration and adherence to cGMP/GLP/SOPs

Responsibilities

• Collect samples according to SOPs and assign AR numbers
• Conduct physical, chemical, or dimensional testing on raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods
• Perform calibration, cleaning, and maintenance of lab equipment
• Follow cGMP, GLP, and SOPs
• Perform microbiological analysis on materials, in-process goods, finished products, water systems, and environmental samples
• Prepare culture media, reagents, and standard solutions
• Culture, isolate, and identify bacteria, fungi, and microorganisms
• Operate and calibrate lab equipment regularly

Role & Responsibility:

• 1) Collect samples according to standard operating procedures (SOPs) and assign analysis reference (AR) numbers
• 2) Conduct physical, chemical, or dimensional testing on raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods and water.
• 3) Perform regular calibration, cleaning, and maintenance of lab and inspection equipment.
• 4) Follow cGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practice), GLP (Good Laboratory Practice), SOPs.
• 5) Perform microbiological analysis on raw materials, in-process goods, finished products, water systems, and environmental monitoring samples.
• 6) Prepare culture media, reagents, and standard solutions accurately according to written procedures.
• 7) Culture, isolate, and identify bacteria, fungi, and other microorganisms
• 8)Operate, calibrate, and perform routine maintenance on lab equipment.
