Qualifications

• Inspect sheet metal, fabricated, and mechanical components as per quality standards.
• Conduct incoming, in-process, and final inspections.
• Maintain quality records and inspection reports.
• Identify and resolve quality issues in coordination with the production team.
• Ensure compliance with customer specifications and manufacturing standards.

Skills

Proficiency in MS Excel and quality documentation

Hands-on experience with measuring instruments such as Vernier Caliper, Micrometer, Height Gauge, and Dial Indicator

Knowledge of engineering drawings and GDT concepts

Understanding of quality inspection processes and reporting

Key Responsibilities

• Inspect sheet metal, fabricated, and mechanical components as per quality standards
• Conduct incoming, in-process, and final inspections
• Maintain quality records, inspection reports, and documentation
• Identify and resolve quality issues in coordination with the production team
• Ensure compliance with customer specifications and manufacturing standards
• Monitor product quality and recommend corrective and preventive actions
• Handle rejection analysis and support continuous improvement initiatives
• Ensure proper calibration and usage of measuring instruments
