Mankind Pharma is seeking a QC analyst to perform comprehensive analyses of in-process, finished and raw materials, ensuring adherence to cGMP standards. The role involves validating methods, transferring techniques, and maintaining meticulous QC records in a fast-paced pharmaceutical setting.

The ideal candidate holds an MSc in Chemistry with 3–8 years of QC experience, and is proficient with laboratory instruments and data reporting. On-site position in India, Rajasthan region.

Qualificações

• MSc in Chemistry is mandatory.
• 3–8 years of QA/QC experience preferred.
• Proficiency with computer software and instrument handling required.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze in-process, finished, raw material, and stability samples.
• Coordinate method validation and transfer with ADL.
• Record and report OOS/Deviations and maintain QC documentation.

Role & responsibilities

• Analysis of all in-process, finished, intermediate, raw material & stability samples.
• Perform method validation & method transfer coordinate with ADL.
• Perform the working standard qualification.
• Handling & maintaining the all type of instrument in QC dept.
• Sampling of raw material, packing materials & preparation of raw material control samples.
• Report the non-conformance observed the quality control dept.
• Reports the any type of incidents, OOS, deviation & OOC.
• Maintain the all document in QC dept.
• Coordinate with QA, WH, Production & other dept. as needed.
• Perform any type of analysis or documentation as per HOD.
• Taking corrective actions in regards to cGMP/GLP.
• Ensure that stocks are maintained - Working & quality standards.
• Handling, operations & calibrations of HPLC, GC/GC-HS, Balance, LOD oven, muffle furnace, pH, conductivity meter, polari meter, UV-VIS & FTIR etc.

• Qualification - M Sc. (Chemistry)
• Age - 26 - 40 Years
• Experience - 3 to 8 Years
• Must have computer proficiency
