Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services in Mumbai is seeking a seasoned ERP and QAD specialist to lead manufacturing, shipping and distribution integration projects. You will engage with stakeholders to map requirements, design configurations, and ensure end-to-end testing across ERP modules.

The role demands hands-on experience with QAD EE, Qxtend, QAD Cloud, Mulesoft, and multiple ERP integrations, with a focus on performance, data accuracy, and timely delivery.

Qualifications

• Strong domain knowledge in distribution, manufacturing, shipping and finance with QAD EE.
• Experience in manufacturing and shipping.
• Knowledge of discrete orders, schedule orders, EDI, MRP, RSS, MSW/PSW and costing, including requirement gathering, solution design and configurations, integration, end-to-end functional testing.
• Hands-on with Qxtend and QAD Cloud, 3PL.
• Experience in integration through Mulesoft would be an added advantage.
• Experience in integration with multiple ERP.

Responsibilities

• Proven experience conducting analysis sessions to understand the functional and technical needs of project requirements and document.
• Interact with remote/offshore developers to pass on the requirement, clarify queries and ensure development is on time and with quality.
• Write queries to resolve issues and support data integrity.
• Understand how QAD customization works and assist with solution design and configurations.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure end-to-end delivery across ERP integrations.
