Job summary

ADROITENT is seeking an experienced ERP Functional Consultant specializing in QAD to optimize client ERP systems and processes. You will gather requirements, design solutions, configure QAD modules, and support data migration and post-go-live activities.

You will collaborate with business stakeholders across production, inventory, procurement, and finance to ensure successful ERP deployments and ongoing value realization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, BA, SCM or related field.
• 10+ years as ERP Functional Consultant.
• 7+ years hands-on with QAD ERP systems.
• In-depth knowledge of production, inventory, procurement, and supply chain operations.
• Strong ERP module knowledge: Production, MM, Inventory, Procurement, and Finance.
• End-to-end ERP implementation experience.
• Experience in data migration from legacy systems to ERP solutions.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks.
• Experience in Agile or Waterfall project management methodologies.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• 7+ years of hands-on experience with QAD ERP systems.

• Strong understanding of ERP modules such as Production, Materials Management, Inventory, Procurement, and Finance.
• Proven ability to implement ERP systems end-to-end, including requirement gathering, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
• Experience in data migration from legacy systems to ERP solutions.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
