Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented QA Testing Engineer to ensure the reliability, efficiency, and accuracy of AI-driven software applications. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software testing, automation, and AI model validation. This role involves designing and executing test plans, identifying defects, and collaborating with developers to enhance the quality of AI-based solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases for AI-based software and applications.
• Use python for data cleaning and exploratory data analysis (EDA); data visualization skills
• Perform functional, regression, and performance testing on AI models and code.
• Identify, document, and track defects using issue-tracking tools.
• Collaborate with developers, data scientists, and product teams to resolve issues and improve software quality.
• Conduct automated and manual testing of AI algorithms and their integration into software systems.
• Validate AI model outputs for accuracy, consistency, and ethical considerations.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, security protocols, and best practices in AI software testing.
• Analyze test results, generate reports, and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience in software testing, preferably in AI-based applications.
• Strong knowledge of testing methodologies, tools, and automation frameworks (e.g., Selenium, JUnit, PyTest).
• Familiarity with AI/ML concepts, algorithms, and model evaluation techniques.
• Experience with programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and version control systems like Git.
• Understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certifications in software testing (ISTQB, CSTE, etc.).
• Experience with AI bias detection and ethical AI principles.
• Prior experience in testing neural networks, NLP models, or computer vision applications.
