AECOM is seeking a QA/QC Expert to establish and monitor the QA/QC system for all construction activities of the Pumped Storage Project in India. You will review plans, ITPs, lab testing, NCRs, and coordinate with stakeholders to ensure quality standards are met.

The position is site-based at Panaura, Uttar Pradesh, India, with a focus on implementing quality processes, audits, and timely corrective actions throughout project execution.

• Experience 12+ years.

Job Summary

The QA QC Expert shall be responsible for establishing, implementing, and monitoring the Quality Assurance and Quality Control (QA/QC) system for all construction activities of the Pumped Storage Project. The expert shall ensure that construction materials, workmanship, testing, and inspection activities comply with the approved drawings, technical specifications, contract requirements, and applicable national and international standards. The role includes reviewing quality plans, Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs), laboratory testing, and non-conformance reports, conducting quality audits, and coordinating with the Employer, contractors, and PMC team to ensure timely implementation of corrective and preventive actions, thereby achieving the required quality standards throughout project execution.
