Hudson IT and Manpower is seeking experienced QA/QC Engineers - Electrical for major high-voltage transmission line and substation projects. You will monitor QA/QC procedures, ensure compliance with international standards, and coordinate with clients, consultants and inspectors on site.

Candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering and hands-on HV transmission/substation experience, with strong English communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
• Relevant experience in electrical QA/QC.
• Hands-on experience in high-voltage transmission lines and substations.
• Strong understanding of quality management systems, inspection procedures and documentation.
• International project exposure is an advantage.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Monitor and implement QA/QC procedures for 220 kV/400 kV/765 kV OHTL and substation projects.
• Ensure compliance with project specs, drawings, international standards and client quality requirements.
• Prepare, review and implement PQP, ITP, method statements and inspection checklists.
• Conduct site inspections and verify material, equipment, workmanship and installation quality.
• Coordinate with project teams, clients, consultants and third-party inspectors for inspections and approvals.
• Monitor quality docs, inspection reports, test records and material inspection reports for traceability.
• Identify NCRs and coordinate corrective and preventive actions, following up on closures.
• Participate in internal and external quality audits and implement audit observations.
• Ensure quality compliance through installation, testing, commissioning and handover.

Hiring experienced QA/QC Engineers - Electrical for a reputed EPC company engaged in major High-Voltage Power Transmission Line and Substation Projects.

Job Description & Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and implement QA/QC procedures for 220 kV / 400 kV / 765 kV Overhead Transmission Line (OHTL) and Electrical Substation projects.

• Ensure compliance with project specifications, approved drawings, applicable international standards and client quality requirements.

• Prepare, review and implement Project Quality Plans (PQP), Inspection and Test Plans (ITP), method statements and inspection checklists.

• Conduct site inspections and verify the quality of materials, equipment, workmanship and installation activities.

• Coordinate with project teams, clients, consultants and third-party inspectors for inspections, testing and quality approvals.

• Monitor quality documentation, inspection reports, test records and material inspection reports to ensure proper traceability.

• Identify non-conformities (NCRs), coordinate corrective and preventive actions, and follow up on their closure.

• Participate in internal and external quality audits and ensure timely implementation of audit observations.

• Ensure quality compliance throughout project execution, including installation, testing, commissioning and handover activities.
