We are looking for a meticulous and proactive QA Manual Tester with a strong background in validating enterprise-grade applications. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in designing and executing test strategies for web and mobile platforms, ensuring product quality through rigorous manual testing practices. This role demands a deep understanding of SDLC/STLC, Agile methodology, test documentation, and defect lifecycle management, along with the ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams in Agile environments.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business and technical requirements to develop comprehensive test plans and test cases.
• Execute functional, regression, integration, smoke, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Identify, document, and track defects using tools like JIRA, Asana, or similar.
• Collaborate with developers, product owners, and business analysts to ensure test coverage and timely resolution of issues.
• Participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives as part of Agile teams.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of QA processes and documentation standards.

Requirements

• Experience Level: 0-3 Years.
• Strong knowledge of manual testing methodologies and QA best practices.
• Proficiency in writing clear and concise test cases, test scenarios, and bug reports.
• Familiarity with test management tools (e. g., TestRail, Zephyr).
• Experience with API testing using tools like Postman is a plus.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Understanding of Agile/Scrum frameworks.

Additional Requirements

• ISTQB certification or equivalent is a plus.
• Exposure to automation tools or performance testing is an advantage.
