Job summary

DGXPComplianceLab is seeking a QA Manager to lead Quality Systems and Audits, guiding the design and continuous improvement of the QMS. You will oversee internal, supplier, and mock-regulatory audits, review investigations and CAPA, and advise clients on inspection readiness.

The role also requires leadership to grow and develop the QA team, ensuring compliance with regulatory expectations across multi-site engagements.

Qualifications

• 10–14 years of QA experience with management responsibility.
• Experience with regulatory inspections (US FDA, EU, WHO, CDSCO).
• Strong knowledge of ICH Q9/Q10 and data integrity.
• Demonstrated leadership and coaching abilities.
