Job summary

TensorGo Software Pvt Ltd. in Hyderabad is seeking a QA Engineer (Trainee) to learn how world-class APIs are designed, deployed, and scaled while contributing to testing efforts. You will work across functional, regression, API, and security testing under guidance.

Qualifications

• Experience in manual and automation testing across domains (functional, regression, API, security).
• Knowledge of API architecture, HTTP methods, status codes, headers, and data formats (JSON, XML).
• Proficient with testing tools such as Postman, cURL, Selenium, JMeter; open-source frameworks.
• Familiar with test management and bug-tracking tools like Jira, TestRail, or Zephyr.
• Skilled in API, performance, and security testing concepts.
• Strong analytical thinking, debugging, and problem-solving.
• (Nice to have) CI/CD automation experience (Jenkins, GitLab CI).
• (Nice to have) Internship in QA or product validation environments.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and execute manual and automated test cases across testing scopes.
• Conduct API testing for REST, SOAP, and GraphQL APIs to validate functionality and performance.
• Perform security and vulnerability testing to ensure data integrity and access control.
• Use Postman, cURL, Selenium, PyTest, RestAssured, and JMeter for test execution and automation.
• Participate in requirement analysis, prepare test plans, test scenarios, and traceability.
