We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented QA Engineer to help build reliable, scalable, and high-quality software. This role goes beyond executing test cases - you will play a key role in improving product quality, reducing production incidents, and ensuring every release meets our quality standards.
We operate in a fast-paced product environment where features are developed and deployed rapidly. The ideal candidate should be able to understand the product, business workflows, and user journeys, identify risks early, and proactively catch both technical and functional issues before they reach production.

Preventing technical, functional, and business logic bugs before production.
Ensuring every feature meets business expectations and user needs.
Increasing automation coverage to enable faster and safer releases.
Collaborating with Product, Design, and Engineering teams to build quality into every stage of development.
Understand product requirements, business workflows, and user journeys.
Review requirements, identify gaps, and validate business logic.
Ensure features meet customer expectations and acceptance criteria.
Create test plans and test cases.
Execute Functional, Regression, Smoke, Sanity, Integration, End-to-End, and Exploratory testing.
Validate UI/UX, verify bug fixes, and ensure release readiness.
Design, develop, and maintain automation test suites.
Automate critical business flows and improve test coverage.
Integrate automation into CI/CD pipelines and monitor execution.
Test REST APIs using Postman or similar tools.
Validate API requests, responses, authentication, and error handling.
Perform API regression testing.
Work closely with Product Managers, Developers, and cross-functional teams.
Participate in sprint planning and release activities.
Report defects with clear reproduction steps and business impact.
Improve testing processes, automation coverage, and release quality.
Identify recurring issues and recommend preventive solutions.
Contribute to QA standards and best practices across the organization.
3+ years of experience in Manual and Automation Testing.
Experience testing large-scale web and mobile applications.
Strong understanding of SDLC, STLC, and software testing best practices.
Hands-on experience with API testing and automation frameworks.
Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to understand business requirements and deliver high-quality test coverage.
Experience working in Agile, startup, or product-based environments.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Software development or MERN stack experience is a plus.
Strong understanding of software testing principles and QA methodologies.
Experience in functional, regression, integration, end-to-end, and exploratory testing.
Ability to design test scenarios, execute test cases, and manage defect lifecycles.
Hands-on experience with automation frameworks using Playwright, Cypress, Selenium, or Appium.
Experience in developing and maintaining automated test suites.
Familiarity with integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines.
Experience testing REST APIs using Postman or similar tools.
Understanding of API validation, authentication (JWT/OAuth), and JSON.
Think from the customer's perspective and take ownership of product quality.
Understand business requirements and identify functional gaps early.
Have a strong eye for detail, edge cases, and risk-based testing.
Work independently and thrive in fast-paced, product-driven environments.
Collaborate effectively with Product, Engineering, and Design teams.
