Job summary

Ifinsol Global is seeking a proactive QA Engineer for AI & Automation to own end-to-end quality for our Agent platform. You will shape quality strategy, define eval frameworks, and ensure performance across AI-powered voice and chat experiences.

Responsibilities include designing AI evals, regression suites, release validation; testing AI systems for accuracy, bias, hallucinations, and user experience; and building automated test frameworks using Rest Assured, Playwright, and modern QA tools.

Qualifications

• Strong background in QA automation and AI system testing.
• Ability to lead quality initiatives in a fast-paced AI product environment.
• Familiarity with AI tools like Codex, ChatGPT Enterprise, GitHub Copilot is a plus.

QA Engineer AI & Automation

We are seeking a proactive QA professional to take end-to-end ownership of quality assurance for our Agent platform. This role will drive quality strategy, define evaluation frameworks, and ensure consistent performance across AI-powered voice and chat experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and maintain AI evaluation frameworks (evals), regression test suites, and release validation processes.
• Test and validate AI systems for response quality, accuracy, bias, hallucinations, and overall user experience across voice and chat modalities.
• Build and maintain automated testing frameworks using Rest Assured, Playwright, and modern QA automation tools, including API and end-to-end testing.

Preferred Experience:

• Strong background in QA automation, AI system testing, and quality engineering.
• Experience with AI-assisted development and testing tools such as Codex, ChatGPT Enterprise, GitHub Copilot, and automated test generation tools.
• Ability to work independently and lead quality initiatives in a fast-paced AI product environment.
