Role: QA Engineer

Overview

Launch Lab is supporting a global leader in performance analytics and data-driven technology platforms. This role is a unique opportunity to join a cross‑functional product team responsible for delivering high‑quality reporting and analytics capabilities within a modern SaaS platform. The QA engineer will play a critical role in ensuring reliability, accuracy, and usability across new product modules. You will work closely with Product, Engineering, and Design teams to validate end‑to‑end user workflows, ensuring that data flows correctly from backend services through to frontend presentation. This is a hands‑on QA role, focused on execution and delivery that contributes to the stability of a high‑impact product used internationally. This role is primarily focused and exploratory testing, with some exposure to test automation where applicable.

Engagement Details

About The Project: The QA engineer will support the delivery of new reporting and analytics modules within a SaaS platform, ensuring features are stable, reliable, and production‑ready.

Key Testing Areas

• Validation of reporting dashboards and analytics views


• Verification of data flow from backend APIs to frontend UI


• Manual, functional, exploratory, integration and end‑to‑end testing of user workflows across the platform


• Regression testing for sprint releases

The platform is a modern web‑based SaaS product integrating frontend applications with backend APIs and analytics services.

Must‑Have Experience & Skills

Technical

• 3+ years experience in manual, functional and exploratory testing of web applications (including some E2E testing)


• Strong experience working with Jira and QA processes in agile teams


• Experience validating frontend and backend integration


• Ability to identify, reproduce, document, communicate, retest and close defects and write high‑quality defect reports


• Experience working with API‑driven systems
