Job summary

fulcrumdigital is seeking a QA Engineer to ensure quality across underwriting and AI platforms through structured manual and automated testing. The role requires 8–10 years of QA/test engineering experience and hands-on work with API tests, automation frameworks and AI data validation.

You will define test strategies, execute comprehensive test plans, build automated suites, and track defects in JIRA while reporting quality metrics.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of QA/test engineering experience.
• Experience building automated test suites and API testing.
• Familiarity with JIRA and Agile processes.
• Basic SQL knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Define test strategy, cases and coverage from requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Execute functional, integration, regression and API testing.
• Build and maintain automated test suites (Selenium / Cypress / Playwright).
• Validate AI outputs and data flows where applicable.
• Log, track and verify defects in JIRA and report quality metrics.
