Job description

Role Overview

We are looking for a QA Engineer with strong experience in end-to-end testing to ensure high quality and reliability across MoXeys web and mobile products.

You will work closely with Product, Engineering, and Banking partners to test critical flows such as KYC, card and account payouts, money transfers, card issuance, payroll (WPS), and expense management.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand product requirements and convert them into detailed test cases and test scenarios
• Perform functional, regression, integration, and UAT testing
• Validate payments and fintech workflows such as account payouts, prepaid card top-ups, transfers, card issuance, KYC and onboarding, payroll, and expense management
• Perform mobile app testing (Android & iOS)
• Execute database validations (SQL queries, data integrity checks)
• Collaborate with developers to debug and reproduce issues
• Log, track, and retest defects using bug tracking tools like Jira/Bugzilla etc.
• Support bank / partner testing and production readiness checks
• Participate in release sign-offs and post-release monitoring

Required Skills & Experience

• 35 years of experience as a QA / Test Engineer
• Strong understanding of SDLC, STLC, and QA best practices
• Hands-on experience with API testing tools (Postman / Swagger / similar)
• Knowledge of mobile app testing (Android & iOS)
• Ability to write and execute test cases, test plans, and regression suites
• Basic understanding of databases and SQL
• Familiarity with JIRA / Bugzilla or similar tools
• Experience testing payments, fintech, or banking systems (preferred)
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving mindset

Good to Haves

• Experience with cards, wallets, payouts, or banking integrations
• Exposure to automation testing (Selenium / Cypress / Appium – basic level is fine)
• Understanding of security testing concepts (OTP abuse, rate limits, role-based access)
• Experience working with external partners / banks / APIs
• Knowledge of fintech regulations or compliance environments
