Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on QA automation experience in SaaS environments.
• Proficiency with automated testing frameworks and tools (Selenium, JUnit/TestNG).
• Experience testing Front Office Systems (PMS), E-Invoicing and Financial Reconciliation.
• Solid understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies.
• Familiar with bug tracking and test management tools like JIRA or TestRail.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with good communication.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute automated test scripts for quality and performance.
• Conduct functional, regression, and performance testing across modules.
• Collaborate with developers and product managers to clarify requirements.
• Identify, document, and track defects; ensure timely resolutions.
• Participate in code reviews and suggest quality improvements.
