We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Playwright Automation Engineer to lead automation strategy, build scalable frameworks and drive quality excellence across our products. Key Responsibilities

• Implement advanced features: network mocking, tracing, visual validation, test data management.
• Integrate Playwright test suites into CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, GitLab, Azure DevOps).
• Evaluate new tools and frameworks to improve automation efficiency and reliability.
• Perform pull request (PR) reviews, enforce coding standards, and support clean code practices.
• Manage Git workflows, including branching, merging, and resolving conflicts.
• Lead automation initiatives across multiple teams/projects.
• Collaborate with Developers, Product Owners, and QA teams to ensure high test coverage.
• Participate in sprint planning, design discussions, and risk assessments.

Required Skills & Experience

• 8+ years in QA automation, including 5+ years hands‑on Playwright expertise.
• Expertise in Page Object Model (POM), BDD/TDD, and modern test design.
• Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and root‑cause analysis skills.
• Experience managing large test suites and reducing test flakiness.
• Hands‑on experience with Git, branching strategies, and CI/CD tools.

Nice to Have

• Knowledge of security, accessibility, or performance testing.
• Familiarity with Docker or containerized test execution.

Soft Skills

• Strong communication and leadership presence.
