Job summary

Tekskills Inc. in Chennai is seeking an experienced QA professional to lead testing for native and hybrid mobile apps, with 6–8 years of hands-on experience designing, developing and maintaining automated test scripts using Appium, Selenium, Espresso or XCUITest.

You will execute manual tests, contribute to CI/CD integration, participate in Agile ceremonies, and collaborate with developers, business analysts and product owners to ensure feature quality and release readiness.

Qualifications

• 6-8 years of experience in testing native and hybrid mobile applications.
• Proven proficiency in reading, writing, testing, and automating test cases.
• Experience designing, developing, and maintaining automated test scripts for Android and iOS using tools such as Appium, Selenium, Espresso, or XCUITest.
• Ability to execute manual test cases to validate new features, enhancements, and bug fixes.
• Skilled in performing functional, regression, integration, UI/UX, localization, and performance testing on mobile applications.
• Active participation in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
• Strong collaboration skills with developers, business analysts, and product owners to understand requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Experience with test and defect management tools such as JIRA, Xray, Zephyr, or qTest.
• Ability to integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or similar tools.
• Capable of providing detailed test reports, metrics, and actionable feedback to stakeholders.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a strong focus on linguistic accuracy and customer experience.
