Job summary

Infosys is hiring for a Python SRE production support role with 3 to 9 years of experience. You will be part of the consulting team and handle problem definition, estimation, diagnosis, and deployment.

You will explore alternatives, build POCs, create requirement specifications, and help configure solutions while diagnosing issues and identifying root causes to deliver high-quality value to customers during digital transformation.

Responsibilities

• Actively aid the consulting team in problem definition, effort estimation, diagnosis, solution generation and design and deployment.
• Explore alternatives to the recommended solutions based on literature surveys, information available in public domains, vendor evaluation information, etc. and build POCs
• Create requirement specifications from the business needs, define the to-be-processes and detailed functional designs based on requirements.
• Support configuring solution requirements on the products; understand issues, diagnose root cause, seek clarifications, and shortlist solution alternatives.
• Contribute to unit-level and organizational initiatives with the objective of providing high quality value adding solutions to customers.
