Job summary

Capgemini in India, Karnataka, is seeking an AI Application Support Engineer to provide end-to-end support for AI-powered applications. You will troubleshoot prompts, LLM responses, APIs, and integrate with various services while maintaining prompt configurations and Markdown-based docs.

The role requires strong Python skills, experience with REST APIs, and familiarity with cloud platforms, preferably Azure.

Qualifications

• Strong Python development and debugging experience.
• Hands-on experience with REST APIs, JSON, and microservices.
• Understanding of Generative AI, LLMs, prompt engineering, and AI application support.
• Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and configuration management.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (preferred Azure).
