Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy end-to-end features across frontend, backend, APIs, and data layers.
• Build intuitive user interfaces for workflow-driven applications including review, approval, exception handling, and audit-trail views.
• Develop secure and scalable backend services to orchestrate business logic, validation workflows, user actions, and integrations.
• Integrate the platform with enterprise systems such as document repositories, workflow tools, product data sources, and reporting systems.
• Enable human-in-the-loop workflows for AI-assisted review and approval processes.
• Work with AI/ML engineers to integrate model outputs into business applications in a robust and explainable way.
• Build reusable APIs and modular services to support future scaling across units and markets.
• Ensure performance, reliability, maintainability, and security across the stack.
• Implement RBAC, logging, traceability, and auditability for compliance use cases.
• Participate in architecture discussions, code reviews, sprint planning, and release management.
