Affine Analytics in Bengaluru seeks a senior technical leader to drive offshore delivery of complex full-stack projects. You will own system architecture, API design, and cloud-native solutions while mentoring engineers and ensuring engineering excellence.

You will engage with clients, manage expectations, lead technical discussions, and incorporate Generative AI capabilities where relevant, balancing performance, security, and scalability.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the overall technical delivery of projects from the offshore.
• Design and implement scalable, secure, and high-performing full-stack applications.
• Own system architecture and design, including technology selection, application architecture, APIs, integrations, and scalability.
• Provide hands-on technical guidance and mentor developers, ensuring engineering best practices and code quality.
• Engage directly with clients to understand requirements, provide technical solutions, manage expectations, and drive technical discussions.
• Coordinate with onsite/client teams and act as the primary offshore technical lead.
• Oversee database architecture and design, including data modelling, performance, and integration.
• Identify and incorporate GenAI/AI capabilities into applications and engineering solutions where appropriate.
• Drive technical estimations, solutioning, code reviews, technical documentation, and project-level engineering standards.
• Proactively identify technical risks and dependencies and drive their resolution.
• Collaborate with project managers, architects, product owners, and other stakeholders to ensure successful delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the overall technical delivery of projects from the offshore.
• Design and implement scalable, secure, and high-performing full-stack applications.
• Own system architecture and design, including technology selection, application architecture, APIs, integrations, and scalability.
• Provide hands-on technical guidance and mentor developers, ensuring engineering best practices and code quality.
• Engage directly with clients to understand requirements, provide technical solutions, manage expectations, and drive technical discussions.
• Coordinate with onsite/client teams and act as the primary offshore technical lead.
• Oversee database architecture and design, including data modelling, performance, and integration.

Must-Have Skills

• 810+ years of overall software engineering experience, preferably in an IT consulting environment.
• Strong hands-on expertise in Full Stack Development – frontend, backend, APIs, microservices, and cloud-based applications.
• Strong understanding of System Design, Architecture, Design Patterns, Scalability, Security, and Performance.
• Good knowledge of relational and/or NoSQL databases, database design, data modelling, and SQL.
• Experience with modern cloud and DevOps practices.
• Strong client-facing and communication skills with the ability to lead technical discussions.
• Proven experience in team leadership, mentoring, and offshore delivery management.
• Practical understanding of Generative AI, LLMs, AI-enabled application development, and AI integration patterns.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making abilities.
