Job summary

TalentProof is seeking a skilled Conversational AI Developer to design, build, and deploy intelligent chatbots. You will leverage NLP techniques and transformer models to create engaging user experiences, and showcase solutions to customers and stakeholders.

The role requires 3–5 years in bot development with strong Python and NLP library expertise. You will integrate AI solutions across platforms, test performance, and present demonstrations to clients. A related CS/AI degree is expected.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in bot development, conversational AI, or NLP engineering.
• Strong proficiency in Python and experience with libraries (e.g., Hugging Face Transformers, TensorFlow, PyTorch, NLTK, SpaCy).
• Proven experience with transformer models (e.g., BART, BERT, GPT) for various NLP tasks.
• Solid understanding of conversational design principles and user experience for bots.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) for deploying AI/ML models is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, AI, or related field.
