Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services is seeking a Python developer with strong core Python knowledge and hands-on web framework experience in Django, Flask or FastAPI. The role focuses on building robust backend services and working with relational databases like PostgreSQL and MySQL.

The candidate should be proficient in RESTful APIs, unit testing with Pytest or Unittest, and have familiarity with Django ORM and advanced Python features such as decorators, generators and threading concepts.

Qualifications

• Good understanding of Core Python concepts including data structures, memory management and exception handling.
• Hands on experience in Django / Flask / FastAPI.
• Familiar with various Django ORMs.
• Knowledge of Restful APIs.
• Deep understanding of RDBMS such as PostgreSQL and MySQL.

• Knowledge of Generative / Agentic AI based engagements using LLMs and NLP.
