Job summary

Build & Hire in Pune is seeking a Python Developer with 2–3 years of hands-on experience to join our backend team building scalable industrial software solutions. You will develop and maintain Python-based services, work with large datasets, and integrate with PLC systems.

You will collaborate with frontend, hardware, and automation teams, implement REST APIs using FastAPI or Flask, optimize performance, and participate in testing, deployment, and ongoing maintenance. Immediate joiners preferred.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in Python development.
• Experience handling large datasets using libraries such as Pandas, NumPy, or similar.
• Strong knowledge of file processing and data transformation techniques.
• Experience working with PLC communication protocols.
• Understanding of multithreading, multiprocessing, and asynchronous programming.
• Experience developing REST APIs using frameworks such as FastAPI or Flask.
• Knowledge of relational and NoSQL databases such as PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or SQLite.
• Familiarity with Linux and Windows operating environments.
• Experience using Git or other version control systems.
