HRM Counsel is seeking an experienced Python developer to join our engineering team and help build dynamic, scalable back-end systems for our clients. You will write and test code, implement server-side logic, and integrate user-facing elements with front-end teams.

Expertise in Django or Flask, ORM concepts, multi-process architecture, and familiarity with Jinja2 or Mako templating is required. You should be comfortable reusing existing databases, coordinating with stakeholders, and delivering

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, or related field.
• Expert knowledge of Python and frameworks including Django and Flask.
• A deep understanding of multi-process architecture and the threading limitations of Python.
• Familiarity with server-side templating languages including Jinja2 and Mako.
• Ability to integrate multiple data sources into a single system.
• Familiarity with testing tools.
• Ability to collaborate on projects and work independently when required.
