What You’ll Do

• Design, develop, and maintain robust Python-based backend services and APIs.
• Collaborate with front-end developers, DevOps engineers, and product managers to deliver integrated solutions.
• Write clean, modular, testable code with proper documentation.
• Optimize application performance and troubleshoot issues in production and development.
• Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and Agile ceremonies.
• Stay up to date with Python best practices and new backend technologies.
• Exposure to microservices architecture.
• Knowledge of Celery, Redis, or message brokers (RabbitMQ/Kafka).
• Experience with testing frameworks like PyTest or UnitTest.
• Contributions to open-source projects or personal tech portfolio.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in backend development using Python.
• Strong understanding of Python frameworks such as Django, FastAPI, or Flask.
• Proficiency in RESTful API design, database modeling, and SQL/NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
• Experience with version control systems like Git.
• Familiarity with Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud services (AWS/GCP/Azure) is a plus.
• Solid problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
