Job summary

Moolya Software Testing in Bengaluru seeks a senior Python developer to design and ship complete features and libraries with minimal guidance.

You will work with REST APIs and gRPC, apply SOLID and DRY principles, and contribute to CI/CD pipelines while reviewing code and validating AI-assisted outputs.

Qualifications

• 36 years of professional Python development experience.
• Ability to build and ship complete features or libraries independently.
• Strong command of Python fundamentals: typing, async/await, decorators, context managers, generators, standard library.
• Experience designing and consuming REST APIs and/or gRPC services.
• Solid understanding of design principles (SOLID, DRY, separation of concerns).
• Hands-on experience with testing frameworks: pytest and unittest, plus mocking.
• Familiarity with packaging and dependency management: pip, Poetry, or similar.
• Working knowledge of Git workflows, code review practices, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Ability to read, understand, and work from design documents and technical specifications.
• Comfort with AI-assisted development tools and the discipline to validate their output.
