Requirements

• Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of software development experience.
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in Python development.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in front-end development using ReactJS and JavaScript frameworks.
• Experience working across the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) in Agile environments.
• Exposure to AI/ML and Generative AI solutions is mandatory.

Technical Skills

Python (5+ Years)

• Strong proficiency in Python programming.
• Experience with Flask, FastAPI, or Django.
• REST API development and integration.
• Database and ORM experience (SQLAlchemy/Django ORM).
• Data processing using Pandas and NumPy.
• Unit testing using PyTest/UnitTest.

React (5+ Years)

• Strong knowledge of JavaScript (ES6+) and ReactJS.
• Experience with React Hooks, State Management (Redux/Context API).
• Responsive UI development and component-based architecture.
• Familiarity with Webpack, Babel, npm, and front-end testing frameworks.

AI/ML & GenAI

• Exposure to ML frameworks such as Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch.
• Experience integrating AI/ML models into applications.
• Knowledge of LLMs, RAG, LangChain, Vector Databases, and AI Agent frameworks.
• Experience with OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, or similar GenAI platforms is preferred.
