Job summary

Purview Services seeks a Python Architect to define and implement end-to-end application architecture. You will design scalable, high-performance systems using microservices and modern Python frameworks, guiding architecture reviews and governance across teams.

You will lead API design (REST/GraphQL), ensure secure communications, and leverage cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) with Docker/Kubernetes for deployment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of software architecture experience.
• Strong background in Python and modern web frameworks.
• Experience with microservices and event-driven design.
• Proficiency in designing secure, scalable APIs.
• Hands-on with cloud platforms and containerization.
• Experience leading architecture reviews and governance.

Responsibilities

• Define and implement end-to-end application architecture using Python-based frameworks.
• Design scalable, resilient, high-performance systems using microservices and event-driven architectures.
• Lead technical design discussions, architecture reviews, and solution governance.
• Establish coding standards, design patterns, and best practices for Python development teams.
• Build and integrate RESTful / GraphQL APIs, ensuring secure and efficient communication.
• Architect solutions leveraging cloud platforms and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
• Drive CI/CD implementation, DevOps practices, and automation strategies.
• Optimize system performance, including database tuning and caching strategies.
• Provide guidance on data architecture, ETL workflows, and big data integration when required.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including DevOps, Data Engineering, Security, and Business stakeholders.
