Job summary

Role Summary

We are looking for an AI / Machine Learning Lead with strong hands-on experience in data science, machine learning, and Generative AI. The role involves building scalable AI solutions, leading ML initiatives, and driving endtoend model development from design to production.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead development and deployment of ML and Generative AI solutions along with Python
• Design and implement forecasting, predictive, and deep learning models
• Build RAG and Agentic AI applications using LLM frameworks
• Own MLOps pipelines, model monitoring, and cloud deployments
• Work closely with stakeholders to translate business problems into AI solutions
• Mentor and guide team of atleast 10 people
• Responsible for the Design level decisions, Code Review and team handling is a must
• Awareness of AI-DLC driven development
