Job summary

SE Mentor Solutions in India seeks a Pharmacovigilance professional with 2–6 years of PV experience to lead projects and build high-performing teams. The candidate should have hands-on experience with global PV projects and offshore delivery models, with familiarity in PV databases such as ARGUS.

Strong communication, analytical skills, and knowledge of GCP/ICH regulations are essential; MedDRA coding experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• 2–6 years of experience in Pharmacovigilance with strong AE and PQC identification and reporting.
• Proven leadership in managing projects and building high-performing teams.
• Hands-on experience with global PV projects and offshore delivery model.
• Familiarity with PV databases and systems (ARGUS).
• Knowledge of GCP guidelines and ICH regulations; MedDRA coding is a plus.
