Looking for a suitable candidate for the Manager Purchase position for our Corporate Office.

Location - Gurgaon

Desired Criteria: Candidates from chemical industry background will be preferred.

Responsibilities

1. Proficient at developing vendor base along with third party purchase for obtaining timely procurement of materials at favorable terms. Issue Purchase Orders to the vendors after getting their quotations and comparative
2. Manage day to day interactions with vendors for pricing of Purchases of material & delivery related issues and serve as the central point of contact for all supplier connectivity.
3. To ensure, continuous production activities by uninterrupted supply of material
4. Excellent Knowledge of procurement of Raw Material, Packing Material, Engineering items
5. Electrical Items, Mechanical Items (Chemical industry background candidates are preferred)
6. Have knowledge of finalization of Annual Operating plan and budgets
7. Have knowledge of inventory control and inventory management
8. Procurement of Engineering Items CAPEX & OPEX.
9. Cost Reductions and Rationalization for costing.
10. Have handled the Purchase Dept. being HOD for at least last 5 years, and have experience of team handing
11. Daily MIS reporting to management with all facts and available stock.
