Responsibilities

• Manage all purchase activities related to factory raw materials (domestic & import), spares, consumables to ensure timely availability.
• Coordinate with store and production to assess material requirements.
• Place orders for materials and follow up on status until delivery.
• Negotiate with vendors in Delhi and surrounding market for local supplies.
• Maintain stock records, incoming and consumption data to optimize purchasing.
• Ensure FIFO handling to reduce dead stock and improve turnover.
• Tally material receipts with purchase orders to verify accuracy and quality.
• Prepare creditor statements and reconcile accounts monthly for payments.
