Job summary

Talent Corner Hr Services seeks a Purchase Executive - HVAC for Pune to plan, source, negotiate, and procure HVAC materials and services in line with project requirements, timelines and budgets.

You will manage vendor onboarding, ensure quality and delivery, coordinate with OEMs and dealers, and maintain approved vendor lists to support uninterrupted project execution.

• Experience in procurement of HVAC equipment and materials.

Responsibilities

• Procurement of all HVAC-related equipment and materials, including VRF/VRV systems, chillers, AHUs, FCUs, ducting systems (GI / P3), insulation materials, valves, dampers, diffusers, grills, copper piping, MS piping, control panels, sensors, and thermostats.
• All procurement activities shall strictly comply with approved BOQs, finalized technical specifications, and committed project timelines to ensure uninterrupted project execution.
• Identify, evaluate, and onboard qualified HVAC suppliers, manufacturers, OEMs, and service vendors.
• Maintain an updated approved vendor list and continuously assess vendor performance based on quality of material supplied, adherence to delivery schedules, competitiveness of pricing, and effectiveness of service support.
• Regular coordination with OEMs and authorized dealers shall be ensured to maintain technical compliance and supply reliability

Require Purchase Executive - HVAC @ Pune.

The Purchase Executive HVAC is responsible for planning, sourcing, negotiating, and procuring HVAC materials, equipment, and services in line with project requirements, specifications, timelines, and budgets, ensuring quality, cost-effectiveness, timely availability, and vendor reliability.

Key Responsibilities Purchase Executive (HVAC Industry) Responsible for procurement of all HVAC-related equipment and materials, including but not limited to VRF/VRV systems, chillers, AHUs, FCUs, ducting systems (GI / P3), insulation materials, valves, dampers, diffusers, grills, copper piping, MS piping, control panels, sensors, and thermostats.

Identify, evaluate, and onboard qualified HVAC suppliers, manufacturers, OEMs, and service vendors.
