Job summary

Broadlawns Medical Center seeks a Patient Access Representative to register patients, collect insurance information and schedule appointments. The role emphasizes accuracy and exceptional customer service to support a seamless patient experience.

This is a full-time position with 40 hours per week and an evening shift (7p–7a USA). Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, at least one year of clerical experience, computer literacy, and knowledge of Microsoft Office; prior insurance

Patient Access Representative

The Patient Access Representative is responsible for performing all aspects of the position’s function including, but not limited to, registration of patients, obtaining appropriate insurance information, and scheduling patient appointments. It is expected that the employee maintains department quality standards with a focus on exceptional customer service.
