Responsibilities
- Prepare and submit required regulatory reports and registrations
- Analyse poison centre notifications and product registration requirements
- Analyse SDS distribution gap reports and support corrective actions as applicable
- Add local regulations (German Water hazard class, Nordic country & Switzerland registration details in SDS sec #15 > Regulatory information to finalize country specific SDSs as applicable)
- Respond to customer and internal inquiries related to product safety and compliance
- Manage country-specific or regional reporting obligations
- Answer questions from external customers and colleagues related to Product safety regulations
- Drive continuous process improvement by reinforcing best practices and identifying enhancement opportunities
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in chemistry, biology, environmental sciences, chemical engineering, or related field. Master’s degree preferred.
- Experience with REACH, TSCA, WGK other chemical management regulations in various world areas
- Previous product stewardship or regulatory compliance experience
- Good command of English language (written and spoken) and computer literacy
- Product knowledge from chemicals / Lubricants / Oil & Gas industries as well as product stewardship experience would be beneficial
- 5-10% travel (domestic and international)
