Job summary

Just Tutors (Socratic Education Pvt. Ltd.) is seeking a mathematics tutor to deliver one-on-one online sessions to students aged 8 to 14. Sessions run 1:00 P.M. to 10:00 P.M, six days a week (Mon to Sat) on our online platform.

You will explain concepts, create engaging lesson plans, and stay aligned with curriculum standards while building a supportive learning environment for diverse learners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mathematics required; master's preferred.
• Experience teaching math, preferably online.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Familiarity with online tutoring platforms.
• Strong knowledge of mathematical concepts.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Conduct one-on-one tutoring sessions with students via our online platform.

Provide clear explanations of mathematical concepts and demonstrate problem-solving strategies.

Stay updated on curriculum standards and educational best practices in mathematics instruction.

Ability to connect with students and create a supportive and motivating learning environment.

Great talent for formulating well-balanced lesson plans that will adequately prepare students for various assessments

Ability to express or impart instructions and lessons using various strategies including visual presentations, audio presentations, actual experiments, and a multitude of other

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, (Master's degree preferred).

Previous experience as a mathematics tutor or teacher, preferably in an online setting.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Familiarity with online tutoring platforms and tools.

Strong knowledge of mathematical concepts
