The role requires 1–5 years of experience, strong market sense, and the ability to execute diverse strategies with risk controls. The candidate will track global cues, manage entries and exits, log trades, and continuously refine strategies in a high-volatility environment.

Qualifications

• 1–5 years of experience preferred (freshers and self-taught traders welcome).
• Experience in MCX Options/Futures, Crypto, Indian Index Options, ETFs, and Ratio Spreads.
• Ability to analyze market data, charts, and news for directional trading.
• Strong risk management and discipline with stop-loss adherence.
• Comfort with fast-paced, high-volatility environments.

Responsibilities

• Trade execution across commodities, crypto, ETFs, and Indian index options.
• Market & data analysis: monitor macro data, IV, Greeks, price action.
• Risk management: enforce stop-loss, position sizing, hedging.
• Trade logging & review: maintain journals and participate in reviews.

Experience: 1-5 years preferred (talented freshers and skilled self-taught traders welcome)

Job Responsibilities:

• Trade Execution: Actively execute strategies across various instruments such as Gold, Silver, Crude Oil, Natural Gas, Agri options/futures (MCX), BTC, ETH, altcoins (spot/derivatives on Binance, Bybit, etc.), Indian Index Options (Bank Nifty/Nifty), and ETFs (NSE/BSE). This includes directional, range-bound, neutral, momentum, reversal, breakout, and news-based strategies, along with structured trades like Spreads, Straddles, Strangles, Ratio Spreads, Delta-neutral setups, Iron Condors, and Butterflies.
• Market & Data Analysis: Track global cues, inventory reports, macro data, IV, Greeks (delta, gamma, skew), price action, volume, funding rates, open interest, and on-chain/off-chain data to identify trading edges.
• Risk Management: Implement strict stop-loss, position sizing, and hedging. Monitor MTM, margin utilization, and drawdowns in real-time.
• Trade Logging & Review: Maintain detailed trade journals and participate in regular review sessions to refine strategies.

Skills:

• Experienced or knowledgeable in relevant markets (MCX Options/Futures, Crypto, Indian Index Options, ETFs, Ratio Spreads).
• Understand Greeks and volatility.
• Analytical, calm under pressure, and focused on consistency.
• Able to interpret market data, charts, and news for directional trading.
• Thrive in fast-paced, high-volatility environments; consistent and process-focused.
• Familiarity with platforms like Excel, Opstra, Sensibull, TradingView, MT4/5, Binance, Bybit, Deribit, Tensor Charts, Coinglass, APIs, or basic scripting (Python) is a plus.
• Understand liquidity, volume spikes, and market structure; think in probabilities.
