Job summary

MRI Software is seeking a Property Accountant III to join our team in Gurgaon, India. You will prepare monthly financial statements for commercial and residential management clients, reconcile bank statements, post receipts and journal entries, and analyze financial statements.

The role requires 3–10 years of property accounting experience, strong communication, and the ability to work independently under deadlines. Hybrid work with health insurance and bonus benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• 3–10 years experience as a property accountant with commercial or residential management company.
• Experience using MRI Software applications a plus.
• Ability to communicate effectively with clients, peers, and management through written and/or verbal communication.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

• Reconcile bank statements
• Post tenant receipts
• Post journal entries
• Analyse balance sheet and income statements for unusual activity and report to client
• Produce financial statement reports and submit to owner/management company
• Maintain open line of communication with clients at all times

Skills and other requirements:

• 3-10 years experience as a property accountant with commercial or residential management company
• Experience using MRI Software applications a plus
• Ability to communicate effectively with clients, peers, and management through written and/or verbal communication
• Ability to work independently
• Ability to work under deadlines
• Good organisational skills and the ability to manage priorities
• A high degree of dependability, motivation and flexibility

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Business Management or related field; Masters preferred - and/or relevant qualification and/or relevant experience
