A multinational pharmaceutical company is seeking a Project Specialist‑Tiering in Hyderabad. The role involves supporting operations by managing HCP data transfers, performing quality checks, and coordinating report compilation. Project Specialist‑Tiering supports Sanofi Business Operations to centralize processes for medical business units and offices.
Project Specialist liaises with Business Partners, local team members and Country Medical Leads to ensure HCP data is transferred to the Tiering system, performs quality checks, provides remediation support for errors, assesses HCP and non‑HCP tiering documents, coordinates report compilation and identifies process & system enhancements.
(1) Maintain effective relationship with internal peers and end stakeholders within the allocated geography.
(2) Regular connects with FMV leads, local country medical teams and tier validators.
(1) Provide monitoring reports, verification reports as per agreed timelines and quality.
(2) Data Quality assessment: Identify abnormalities … develop report as per regulatory requirements.
(3) Customer engagement/develop scientific external experts reporting quarterly.
(1) Manage all requests within the centralized mailbox/request platform and prioritize based on business need.
(2) Manage process training and tools locally.
(3) Analyze expert credentials and expertise to determine the appropriate tier level required to determine the fair market value compensation.
(4) Perform other duties as assigned.
