Job summary

TechnipFMC is seeking a Quality Assurance professional to implement and monitor the quality management system on small projects or construction sites. You will lead audits, develop quality plans, and drive continuous improvement of quality standards on site.

The role requires 3–5 years in a formal management system, welding/NDE knowledge if applicable, and fluent English. A Mechanical Engineering degree and ISO internal auditor certification are preferred.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or equivalent (preferably with a specialization in Quality).
  • 3 to 5 years of relevant experience within a formal Management System.
  • ISO Auditor certification - Internal.
  • Working knowledge of welding and nondestructive evaluation (NDE), if applicable.
  • Problem solving skills.
  • Fluent in English.

Responsibilities

  • Leads, develops and implements small project-wide system audits and quality plans, as validated by the line manager
  • Reports progress and handles inquiries and issues with the Client quality representatives
  • Promotes a Quality culture on the project/ site, ensuring implementation of best practices and continuous improvement of quality standards and systems
  • Participates actively in the risk assessment workshops on the project
  • Implements an effective corrective and preventive action system and tracks closure of NCRs and waiver requests
  • Assists in the definition of project objectives and metrics (KPI), analyzes performance, proposes corrective actions
  • Leads or participates in investigations to resolve quality issues
  • May facilitates the feedback process throughout the construction phase and may assist in the development and approval of site procedures, QCP’s and ITP’s
