Could you be the full-time Customer Quality Manager in Maneja we’re looking for?
Take on a new challenge and apply your quality management expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside collaborative, innovative, and results-driven teammates.
You'll act as the independent voice of the customer within the project organization, ensuring their needs and expectations are met throughout the project lifecycle. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (Engineering, Industrial, Supplier Quality, Product Introduction), interface with customer quality and safety teams, and oversee project quality management activities, and much more.
You’ll specifically take care of establishing and maintaining the Project Quality Management Plan (PQMP), as well as ensuring compliance with customer requirements and Alstom processes, but also implementing structured techniques like FMEA to assess criticality and quality assurance.
