Job summary

Sandoz is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee the STEP Consolidated Reporting Integration within the STEP Transformation program. You will coordinate the new build landscape with legacy SAP and non-SAP reporting, ensuring alignment with Data, Analytics and Reporting milestones.

The role reports to the STEP Integration Lead and requires managing cross-functional teams, external partners, and the BAU interface, while maintaining budget, quality, and risk controls to deliver value

Qualifications

10+ years of experience in project delivery and/or application management or IT services within a multinational organization.
Proven experience managing complex IT projects within large-scale enterprise transformation programmes.
Experience with SAP Analytics Cloud, SAP BW, SAP IBP and PI is a must.
Understanding of Data & Analytics including Data Sphere and Data Bricks.
Experience with SAP MDG and familiarity with SAP landscapes and BAU environments.

Responsibilities

Coordinate activities between STEP and Data Analytics, Finance teams incl. BAU functions, facilitating effective communication, knowledge transfer, and alignment of objectives throughout the transformation lifecycle.
Direct and oversee project teams (including external partners), maintaining control over progress, quality, and budget to ensure delivery against defined business objectives.
Set up and lead all project-related meetings, maintain records of actions, decisions, issues, and risks, and serve as the primary contact for escalations.
Ensure a smooth transition from project delivery to operational handover, planning and executing all release activities to minimize disruption and maximize value.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, provide updates, and ensure solutions align with business needs.
Oversee integration and optimization of legacy and new-build applications, identifying opportunities to streamline processes.
Maintain relationships with vendors and external partners to ensure timely delivery of solutions and ongoing support.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to digital transformation and growth.
Monitor and report on key performance indicators to measure project success.
Ensure compliance with regulations, standards, and best practices across project and coordination activities.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration

Your Key Responsibilities

Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Collaborate closely with stakeholder success teams and internal departments to gather requirements, provide regular updates, and ensure solutions are fully aligned with business needs and expectations.
Oversee the integration and optimization of legacy and new build applications, identifying opportunities to streamline business processes and enhance operational efficiency.
Maintain strong relationships with vendors and external partners to ensure the timely delivery of high‑quality solutions and ongoing support.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives, contributing to the organization’s digital transformation and growth agenda.
Monitor and report on key performance indicators to measure project success.
Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, standards, and best practices across all aspects of the project and operational coordination.

Minimum Requirements

What you’ll bring to the role:

10+ years of experience in project delivery and/or application management or IT services within a multinational organization
Proven experience managing complex IT projects within large-scale enterprise transformation programmes.
Previous experience in SAP Analytics Cloud, SAP BW, SAP IBP and PI is a must.
Understanding of Data & Analytics including Data Sphere and Data Bricks
Experience of working or understanding of SAP MDG
Strong understanding of Sandoz’ application landscapes and BAU operational environments.
Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.
Demonstrated ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and manage external partners.
Expertise in project planning, risk management, and change management.
Track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology Business Administration, or related business field; (Master’s degree is preferred)
Certification in project management methods (Agile, ITIL, Prince 2, PMI) is a plus.
Experience with Agile/DevOps methodologies; Certification is a plus
