Job summary

NielsenIQ is seeking a Project Manager in our Gurugram operations team to lead cross-functional initiatives with strong business acumen. You will own project governance, drive stakeholder engagement, and deliver on program outcomes with a focus on multi-cultural collaboration.

Ideal candidates have 6+ years in PM, PMI/PMP, and experience managing complex projects. This role offers a flexible working environment and IT-enabled project execution capabilities.

Qualifications

• At least 6+ of experience in Project Management.
• Fluency in English.
• Knowledge of both theoretical and practical aspects of project management.
• Knowledge of project management techniques and tools. (Ex : Smartsheet)
• PMI / PMP Certification.
• Experience on operational leadership role.
• Knowledge of Nielsen business and/or products.
• Work experience in multi-cultural environments & multi country responsibilities.

• Actively Identifies, assigns and tracks issues & risks, ensuring mitigation and mitigation ownership is in place.
• Initiating activities and management interventions when gaps in the Project are identified or issues arise
• Demonstrates resilience and optimism

Qualifications
