Job summary

Turner & Townsend in Mumbai is seeking a Senior Planner to develop and manage project schedules for multiple commercial projects. You will coordinate with project managers, architects, engineers and contractors to ensure alignment with timelines.

You will prepare baseline programs, monitor progress, perform critical path analysis, and generate progress reports. The role requires strong planning skills and familiarity with Primavera P6, MS Project, and Excel; PowerBI experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• BE/BTech in Civil/Mechanical/Electrical required.
• 6+ years of planning and scheduling experience on commercial projects.
• Proficiency in Primavera P6, MS Project and Excel; PowerBI a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage project schedules.
• Coordinate with project managers, architects, engineers and contractors to align with timelines.

• Conduct CPA and identify delays or risks.

Job Description

• Develop and manage project schedules.
• Coordinate with project managers, architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure alignment with project timelines.
• Prepare baseline programs, monitor progress, and update schedules regularly.
• Conduct critical path analysis (CPA) and identify potential delays or risks.
• Generate weekly/monthly progress reports, dashboards, and look-ahead schedules.
• Support cost control and resource planning by integrating schedules with budgets and manpower plans.
• Participate in project review meetings and provide insights on schedule performance.
• Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and project milestones.
• Assist in claims analysis and extension of time (EOT) submissions.
• Implement best practices in planning and scheduling across multiple projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in BE/BTech Civil/Mechanical/Electrical.
• 6+ years of relevant experience in planning and scheduling of commercial projects.
• Proficiency in Primavera P6, MS Project, and Excel (Working knowledge of PowerBI would be an added advantage)
