• Experience in supporting PMU-led infrastructure advisory engagements with structured project execution and coordination. Proficient in developing and reviewing financial models to support infrastructure planning, appraisal, and decision-making. Strong understanding of policy frameworks and their application in government and infrastructure advisory contexts. Ability to manage project documentation, status tracking, and deliverable preparation with consulting rigor. Capable of analyzing project data and inputs to support evidence-based recommendations and execution planning.
