Job summary

Sveltetech Technologies is seeking an experienced Project Manager Cybersecurity to lead and manage cybersecurity projects from initiation to delivery. You will oversee information security initiatives, coordinate with cross‑functional teams, ensure compliance, and deliver projects within scope, timeline, and budget.

The role requires strong oversight of risks, effective communication with stakeholders, and the ability to manage multiple cybersecurity programs across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
• PM certifications such as PMP/PRINCE2/CSM/PMI-ACP are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end cybersecurity projects from initiation to delivery.
• Define scope, timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate with security engineers, IT teams, stakeholders, vendors, and clients.
• Manage risks, dependencies, issues, and change requests.
• Ensure compliance with security policies and standards.
• Monitor progress using Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall.
• Prepare status reports, dashboards, and executive presentations.
• Conduct stakeholder meetings and provide updates on project health.
• Ensure timely delivery while maintaining quality and security requirements.

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager Cybersecurity to lead and manage cybersecurity projects from initiation to successful delivery. The ideal candidate should have experience managing information security initiatives, coordinating with cross‑functional teams, ensuring compliance with security standards, and delivering projects within scope, timeline, and budget.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end cybersecurity projects, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
• Define project scope, objectives, timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate with security engineers, IT teams, stakeholders, vendors, and clients.
• Manage project risks, dependencies, issues, and change requests.
• Ensure projects comply with organizational security policies and industry standards.
• Monitor project progress using Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies.
• Prepare project status reports, dashboards, and executive presentations.
• Conduct stakeholder meetings and provide regular updates on project health.
• Ensure timely delivery while maintaining quality and security requirements.

Support implementation of cybersecurity initiatives such as:

• Security Operations Center (SOC)
• Identity & Access Management (IAM)
• Vulnerability Assessment & Penetration Testing (VAPT)
• Security Information and Event Management (SIEM)
• Cloud Security
• Endpoint Security
• Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC)

• Manage project budgets, resource planning, and vendor coordination.
• Drive continuous process improvements and project governance.

Required Skills

• Strong understanding of cybersecurity concepts and frameworks.
• Experience managing cybersecurity or IT infrastructure projects.
• Knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Strong risk management and problem‑solving abilities.
• Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, MS Project, Trello, or Asana.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong documentation and reporting skills.

• Familiarity with regulatory and compliance requirements.
• Experience coordinating with offshore/onshore clients.
